Rates

For individual online therapy my standard rate is $165 per 50-minute session. 

For clinical supervision & consultation, my standard rate is $170 per 50-minute session. 

For students and those who are experiencing financial hardship, I have limited spaces in my ongoing caseload for sliding scale pricing. Please contact me to discuss sliding scale counselling rates. You can also request to be placed on a sliding scale waiting list if all of the available spots are currently filled.

Most extended coverage insurance policies will cover sessions with a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) or Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) for partial or full sessions, or up to a certain coverage amount. Some coverage will stipulate what kind of mental health professional is covered. If this is the case and counsellors are not covered under your plan, reach out to your insurance provider to request coverage for a counsellor in place of a psychologist or other practitioner.

I do not accept direct billing for insurance at this time. Clients pay for their sessions up front, and I provide the receipt to be submitted to the insurance provider for reimbursement after the fact.
